How it works

A clear process from first call to monthly reporting

No mystery and no black box. You always know what we are working on, what needs your approval and what changed as a result.

Our operating process

Eight steps

  1. 01

    Discovery

A strategy call to understand your business, goals, products and the marketplaces you sell on.

  2. 02

    Store Audit

We review listings, advertising, inventory, fees and account health to find what is holding the store back.

  3. 03

    Strategy

You receive a written plan with priorities, targets, scope and what needs your approval.

  4. 04

    Setup

You grant user-level access, and we set up workflows, reporting and communication channels.

  5. 05

    Launch

New products, channels or fixes go live in a planned order, with checks at each step.

  6. 06

    Operations

Your assigned team runs daily tasks on a fixed schedule and logs everything they do.

  7. 07

    Optimization

We test and adjust listings, ads, pricing and inventory based on what the data shows.

  8. 08

    Monthly Reporting

A clear monthly report and review call covering results, work completed and next steps.

What access we need

FAQ

Management and reporting

How does management work?

After an audit and strategy session, we agree a written operating plan: which tasks we own, which need your approval and which targets we work toward. Your assigned team then runs those tasks on a fixed schedule and logs what was done.

What access is required?

Only user-level access that you grant from inside each marketplace (for example, Seller Central User Permissions). We never ask for your account password, two-factor codes or banking logins, and you can remove our access at any time.

Do you manage inventory?

We manage inventory planning: forecasting, reorder timing, shipment creation and stock health. Your suppliers, prep centers or 3PLs physically handle the goods, and purchases are made by your business.

Do you manage PPC?

Yes. Marketplace advertising can be part of a full management scope or a standalone service. Budgets stay under your control.

How often do clients receive reports?

Every client receives a monthly performance report and a review call. Management scopes also include a weekly task log so you can see what was done.

What is in the monthly report?

Sales, orders, margin, advertising, inventory and account health, plus what we did, what changed and what we plan next.
